Either we agree people get to invite their choices, or we insist they accept anyone and everyone. I don’t know why Dawkins chooses only men, but I can guess it has a lot to do with his age and the environment in which he grew and was educated. But it is his choice to make. If you insist Dawkins includes women against his own wishes, are you any different to those demanding men be accepted as Lesbians of female athletes?
I follow Emma on twitter, I like what she has to say, and I respect her views on science and biology. It isn’t like she doesn’t already have a platform. And I didn’t need Richard Dawkins to tell me she exists.
Obviously, due to geography, I don’t get to attend public events by either of them, but that doesn’t stop me hearing and learning from each.
Instead of worrying about who is invited on to each stage, we need more stages, more voices, and perhaps hearing the people Emma would like to support would be a grand idea. And without the reputational presence of Dawkins, they may get a better hearing for what they have to say, rather than who the shared a stage with. Dawkins is such a massive presence, a man with a huge following, he is likely to steal the thunder of those who are following behind. Dawkins time in the sun is almost over, whereas I expect Dr Hilton, and many others will have a long time yet to shine, educate, and confuse the gender Borgs.

No one is suggesting he must visit women. We all recognise he has agency here, but that does not preclude criticism of his freely made choices.
I’m seeing a pattern of being paired with people who have podcasts, radio shows, and the like.
I don’t have anything of the sort, so I’m not going to complain that I’m not on stage.
Seems like there are several women joining him or hosting.
