My (least) favorite part is “Okay, if that helps you sleep at night, that’s fine.”
She was the one that had sex with him without him being fully informed that she believed herself to be a man. And she tried to gaslight him into believing that he was the one who is lying to himself.
1. The anonymous fellow did not have sex with a man, he had sex with a woman.
2. The anonymous fellow had sex with a man who had led him to believe he was a woman for the purposes of sex, aka “rape by deception.”The anonymous fellow did not consent to sex with a man. If the speaker is a man, then he raped the anonymous fellow, has confessed to this crime, and should be prosecuted.
I took that to mean that she has to discuss the state of her private parts before she gets down. As in “I hope you don’t mind that I don’t have a penis.” But she’s decided to leave it to her potential partner to ask. Such is the brave new world; flirting these days is reduced to “What shape are your genitals?”

She seems to have decided that it is ‘transphobic’ to expect her to disclose her inner beliefs about herself. And, as we’re being told ad nauseam, you aren’t allowed to ask what a trans person ‘has in their underwear’, because that, too, is ‘transphobic’.
When everything and its opposite is deemed ‘transphobic’, then ‘transphobic’ is meaningless; however, the mere accusation of ‘transphobia’ is quite enough for the cult to believe that they are justified in both making verbal threats of, and inflicting, actual physical violence on anyone so accused.
I was responding primarily to the sentiment of “I don’t know how to tell you this, but you’re gay, you’re gay”. Causing a man to have sex with another man, either through force or through subterfuge, or even through coercion, or out of a sense of experimentation, does not mean that man is gay. Insisting otherwise seems to me to be reminiscent of men who wanted to “turn lesbians straight” by raping them (so-called “corrective rape”).
It seemed very important to the woman in the video that the anonymous man “is gay”, perhaps even more so than he “just had sex with a man”.
In this case, of course, the anonymous man had sex with a woman, but the woman claims to be a man (your Case 2). I think a “rape via deception” charge might make sense; she either admits she’s a woman or she deceived the man into thinking so.

“…I can’t even have casual things with people without sitting them down and having, like, a briefing with them.”
Doesn’t she mean “debriefing”?
“You’re gay, bro.”
And you’re a fucking idiot, gal.
A man unwittingly or unwillingly having sex with another man does not mean that he is gay. That idea sounds an awful lot like “corrective rape”.
Sackbut, I see two possibilities:
1. The anonymous fellow did not have sex with a man, he had sex with a woman.
2. The anonymous fellow had sex with a man who had led him to believe he was a woman for the purposes of sex, aka “rape by deception.”The anonymous fellow did not consent to sex with a man.
