“The world’s premiere anti-genocide organization”.
Funny. Nobody seems to have heard of the Lemkin Institute until recently.
It certainly doesn’t seem to have done as much anti-genocide campaigning as the United Nations Office on Genocide Prevention, and the Responsibility to Protect, or the Alliance Against Genocide.
By Kaveney’s “logic”, Dr Helen Webberley is “the world’s premiere paediatrician.”
I 100% read the question about the flag to be sarcastic/parodic. Maybe I’m reading into it more thought than was actually put, but the 2S starting the acronym seemed a give away (and the V – what’s that for? I’m not as Too Online as some, but I’ve never seen a V in it before.)
@GW #1. Yes, there is. A red umbrella has now been added, and it apparently represents prostitutes. As TRAs believe transness is a sexual orientation, so they now believe about prostitution.
The Moby person was clearly being sarcastic but anyway my point was about Kaveney.
Oh wait I get it – when I said a person agrees with him I meant “the person who calls herself the Lemkin Institute agrees with him.” I didn’t mean Moby, who hitched a ride on Kaveney’s tweet.
We’ve encountered Kaveney’s ‘wisdom’ before. I’ve had a few unpleasant exchanges with him and have been blocked for years. The only person who has ever felt that Kaveney is any sort of spokestrans is Kaveney.
A bit of a shame. I quite liked a silly but fun book he edited back in The Days Before Trans. He seemed to have a sense of humour, then.
There’s an even newer version of the flag now??
Nope, you’re just as much of a psychopathic liar as they are, so you’re all in agreement. Your welcome.

Should point out: the “MobyDobie” person Kaveney is arguing with seems to be a right-winger:

what the hell was that new acronym? is right wing Mobie just being sarcastic?

What about the…er…animal lovers?
Also, Graham Linehan has been allowed back on Twitter.

I bet he’ll have things to say about the Lemkin Institute and the Red Umbrella.

We have indeed – a search of posts turns up 5, starting in 2016.
