Full court satire. That’s what this world has become.
That’s actually not an excellent question, it’s not even a good question. Why would a woman hurt another woman? Why are most of the people who molest and kill men, men? There are cases of gay men killing other gay men. There are people of color who harm other people of color.
No one asks that of them, or says it’s ridiculous that they would attack someone who was what they are. It happens all the time, “Natalee”. People can hate who they are, what they are, or they can love who they are so much they hate everyone else.
Since being non-binary is a non-state anyway, how can you know who belongs and who doesn’t?

Because he’s fucking nuts, dude: sane people with a sense of decency don’t murder other people. That doesn’t mean that you can question his idennidee, though, amirite?
Exasperated insulting aside, it’s a well established fact that people primarily murder and assault other people in their own communities. And by “people”, I mean “men”. This is not even debatable–the data on the phenomenon is irrefutable. All those special little enbies are not immune to this human phenomenon.

And once again the forced teaming seriously obfuscates the issue. Homosexuals tend to be quite aware of, as well as interested in, biological sex differences (even the ones who now go out of their way to pretend they’re not). I can easily imagine how being a dedicated sex-denier makes a person more rather than less prone to react violently to that. The “cotton ceiling”, anyone?
So what, do the shooter’s lawyers think that his gender identity is going to get him special treatment? How much further from relevant can gender identity be in this case? The only reason the guy in the video is offended (so he says, I doubt it) is that we are expected to assume trans and enbees are above this sort of thing as a group. (“he’s not one of us”) It’s pretty clear that motivations, while of some interest, are not going to make any difference to his guilt or innocence in this case. They try to make a big deal out of the homophobia or “transphobia” aspect, but these kinds of shootings are happening in all sorts of venues. The outcome is no different from a school, church, sports event, walmart, movie theater, or anywhere else. It’s always some sick bastard killing innocent people. Being trans or enbee doesn’t mean you are automatically mentally healthy and/or not sociopathic. There is interest in the psychological aspects of why this is happening, obviously, but attaching either cause or exemption to gender identity is speculative nonsense. (Not that I mind speculative nonsense per se, so long as it’s understood as such.)
I suspect the lawyers do indeed hope for special treatment because their client claims to be nonbinary. There are many examples of leniency, even for violent crimes, explicitly because of the defendant claiming a trans identity.
Sack @7 Maybe when it comes to sentencing, I thought of that, but in determining guilt or innocence? Surely if the trans cult admitted that gender identity is a form of insanity it would be counterproductive to their cause, but as an individual case I suppose it’s possible. I can’t think of any other defensive strategy they could piggyback on.
Not sure down there, but is there a difference in sentencing for “hate crimes”? He could be trying to avoid more severe sentencing…

Not sure… I mean, I’m not super clear on where an enbee male sits on the spectrum of Most Oppressed People compared to his victims.
But my guess would be that if it would matter legally, he’d simply use that handy forced grouping / alphabet soup that is “The LGBTQ2SKPSFWHAARBARBLE Community” to argue that he’s of the same category as his victims.
I doubt there is much hope for this defendant being found innocent, but a lighter sentence, especially if “hate crime” is taken off the table for “nonbinary” status, seems feasible.

So THAT’S what “non-binary” means? You dress like a man one day, and like a woman the next day? How more binary can you get? No “spectrum,” just one part of the binary after the other part of the binary. These people never know what they’re talking about.
