Stonewall in charge
Stonewall is doing what now?
It turns out NHS Rainbow Badge is not NHS but…Stonewall.
Why does Stonewall have this kind of power and authority in the NHS?
Never mind, I’m sure people trapped in NHS hospitals are thrilled to have Rainbow Badge people asking what their pronouns are and chastising them for not wearing Rainbow pins on their johnnies.
“Mental health is a vital part of #MensHealthWeek. Male suicides…”
Stonewall has no qualms retweeting something that implicitly links the word ‘men’ to ‘male’. That’s interesting. Meanwhile, a short scroll down:

Chest checking! But more importantly, what about their activity during the most recent #WomensHealthWeek, 7-11 September, 2020?
………………………………………….Nothing. I manually scrolled that far back, and saw no tweet involving that tag. I saw suicide prevention discussion, retweets from doctors wearing rainbow badges, and even a man talking about when he first knew he was gay. There was not a single instance of the words woman, women, or girl.
Being awarded a “gold award” requires “Sexual orientation monitoring”. Whatever that means, it sounds perfectly innocuous…
Holms, when I was a kid I had the idea that gay people were men. It was all I ever heard or saw. When I was in high school, I started to encounter lesbians, and realized otherwise. But when I read plays or books about theatre, for instance, almost all gay characters are men. When I read a book recently about feminist theatre, the author devoted one section to gay men, bemoaning their non-representation in theatre in a work about women. Especially egregious since she acknowledge later (much later) in the book that theatre is essentially run by gay white men.
