Wait, what’s this about? I’m not sure I understand. She made a gaping hole in her son’s body, called it a vagina, and has him put a dilator in it regularly so that the body won’t do what it naturally does to gaping wounds, i.e. close it up? How is Jazz not bleeding to death?
GW – presumably the so-called vagina is an internal pocket of… skin, rather than just an open wound? Kind of like an ear piercing that will eventually close up if left alone. Just far more horrifying.
