Oh, yes, the bliss of hitting women. I’ve never experienced it, personally. But then, I’m not bigger than most women, I’m a woman. My musculature is that of a woman. So even if I hit a woman, it is possible I might not fracture her skull; she would have a fair chance with me. But even if I did hit a woman (or anyone else), I can’t imagine I would enjoy it, find it bliss.
MMA has weight classes so Fallon Fox probably wouldn’t have been significantly bigger (I say “probably” because some fighters become experts at dropping weight right before the weigh-in then putting it back on before the fight the next day).
So the unfairness would be factors other than a size difference, of which there are many.
Fox’s comments are repellent, especially since it looked like the discussion started in reply to JK Rowling publishing children’s art.
@Skeletor Apparently he was posting lots of nasty stuff that day as replies to children posting their art on Twitter for J K Rowling and the rest of us to admire. Seriously creepy.
Nullias, #6: that’s been the elephant in the room for the TRAs ever since mediocre sportsmen with no ethics but plenty of fabulous hair dyes realised there was a far easier and less painful path to personal glory. Simply put, all else being equal – diet, training regime, etc. – a 5’8″, 140lb. man will be stronger and faster than a 5’8″, 140lb. woman, even if – and it’s a big if – the man has taken hormone blockers to reduce testorone levels, which was only ever a sop to fair play anyway as it did little-to-nothing to cancel out the advantages incurred simply by dint of being male-bodied.
The problems with transwomen in combat sports was raised at PZs recently, particularly about the physical damage they can cause to women and the response was typical, along the lines of so you object to transwomen hurting ciswomen in fights but are OK with ciswomen hurting ciswomen? You’re a transphobe! No recognition of how much easier it is for men to break women’s bones with their harder, more powerful punches and kicks, just the idea that if a woman is prepared to get into the ring with another woman and risk being hurt, then only bigotry would stop her from doing so with a man. Seriously, if Mike Tyson declared that not only was he planning a return to boxing but was identifying as a woman nowadays and was therefore fighting in the womens’ division, I doubt that many, if any TRAs wouldwopenly state that this would be a dangerously wrong situation.

You laydeez don’t know it, but that’s peak feminism right there.

He also likes to bash real women outside of the ring — Kiwi Farms has some information on his history of domestic violence.
Fox’s comments are repellent??? Have you checked that ten times? Are you sure “repellent” is not too strong? Are you sure it was Fox who made them?
Males have significant musculature, skeletal, and cardiovascular advantages over females, even within the same weight class.
