Now that he’s tested positive, I would wish him to be in some other country that would deny him help solely because he’s from some other country, and it’s against the law. I’m sure the good people of Kentucky would help a fellow human being in need no matter where they were from, because it’s the humane thing to do. I hope they see that they have a senator that would have this outlawed, and is denying his own constituency of help on this basis.
