Pence in fact does NOT have “a talent for this”
Some are expressing caution.
Pence caused the HIV epidemic. Pence closed PP healthcare center in rural Indiana which took away a needle exchange program. Pence opened state run clinics that were patrolled by cops so no one would use them. He made the epidemic then his attempt to fix made it worse.
