Tilt tilt tilt
You can see him say it.
(Why does he jerk his head back and forth every time he says something? It looks weird.)
Trump has deluded himself into believing that Democrats give a damn whether he builds his fake wall with steel or concrete.
He then claims that "some" of the previous presidents have told him that they should've built walls. pic.twitter.com/TRmFclYTeL

I wonder if someone told him the ‘head tilt’ is supposed to make you more charismatic. It’s been described as an ‘I’m listening, and interested in what you have to say’ gesture, which many people would find appealing; its use has been touted as one way to make you look more attractive.
Ok so I don’t usually put much stock in such descriptions of human expression (I haven’t gone hunting for any actual research on this specific gesture), but i confess it amuses me to think of an insecure yet egotistical man trying to make people like him by using a specific gesture with none of the expected underlying sentiment that would make it look natural.
Except he uses it when he starts talking, and stops using it when he stops talking. Tilting the head while talking doesn’t convey “I’m listening.” More like “I have a weird tic.”
I’m willing, for the sake of my own amusement, to chalk it up to more confusion on his part… it’s rather like he only looked at the picture accompanying an article showing up on Twitter as something like “This one weird trick makes people adore you!” ;-)
I think it’s his way of jump starting his brain to be able to speak. Then when he’s “listening”, his brain stalls.
Blame the puppeteer. It was always going to be a stretch working Trump’s strings all the way from Moscow.
I wonder if it isn’t a tic he picked up from one of his Fox role-models. Didn’t O’Reilly do some weird head-tilting gesture?
I wish it were a tic….bearing one of the nastier diseases.
