The wording
Civil liberties.
Let’s be extra careful with the wording here:
Female lawyer who proclaims she’s a man spends her time helping boys beat your daughters in athletic events.
That’s Chase Strangio. And that’s some kind of messed up. https://t.co/N4gNUrJxoH

Chasio avoids talking about true or false, but doesn’t hesitate to talk about what she thinks is right or wrong. Very lawyerly there, Chasio. Also, liars make good lie detectors. Even the idiot Trump knows male from female.
What a liar.
Single-handedly ruining the ACLU.
The look on the man’s face says it all; for all of us who have escaped from, or never fell for, the gender cult.
This is the first time I have ever seen her, let alone heard her speak. Not only does she fail to look like a man, she sounds nothing like a man; perhaps a pubescent boy whose voice is just on the brink of breaking, or a woman past her fifties with a twenty-a-day smoking habit since her teens. How she thinks such outrageous lies are persuasive is a mystery; when and why she decided to be such a traitor to her sex even more so. There are men who are ‘transsexual’ who are embarrassed by the men invading women’s sports and spaces; why is she so adamant that men and boys claiming to be women and girls are not men and boys at all? The only prerequisite for being ‘transwomen’ is that they are male!
I’m probably the wrong person to mention this–lord knows I’ve been having a bad hair life–but does she really think bed hair is a good look for a TV appearance? Perhaps that’s to distract us from her lies.
Apparently she does, but why she does is unfathomable.
Chasio says the laws will lead to “sex being policed” as if that’s possible. “Performativity” is something that could be policed, but as Chasio herself exemplifies, that’s not being done either. The “policing” that will be implemented will keep males from playing in female only sports, not keep males from being female (again, an impossibility). Chasio starts from the assumption that males can change sex, and that the category of females contains *some* males, which it most certainly doesn’t. It’s not “wrong” either to know that there are females and males, and that there is no way to avoid that ontology. It’s not a moral issue at all, even if Chasio thinks it’s some kind of moral outrage. Her emotional appeals are unpersuasive.
Tigger, Chasio’s voice is absolutely characteristic of a woman who has taken testosterone. It adds a very distinctive sound similar to vocal fry, but stronger and more consistent.
Thanks, Rob. It’s an unpleasant voice, certainly; indicative of damage to the vocal cords, rather than normal development. Testosterone is evidently not up to the task of changing a woman’s skeleton – particularly skull and rib cage shape – to create a male resonance.
