Blunt force trauma
Meanwhile in Pennsylvania…
– The boy maintained a “hit list” of girls to assault.
– The school was well aware of the boy’s violent tendencies, and reportedly had him solo-escorted into school every day.
– The victim was bludgeoned in the head repeatedly with a Stanley tumbler.
– School administrators had been warned repeatedly about the boy’s violent tendencies, but appear to have never intervened.
The girls he bludgeoned is of course out of school with a concussion.
But you see, once you identify as a girl, you’re just sugar and spice and everything nice. That’s what t-girls are made of.
Les sigh.
“But girls get violent, too.”
I recently came across what must have been a video from this same meeting. A father said that the perpetrator was a BOY and there was applause throughout the room. He also suggested that it looked a lot like this boy was allowed to get away with things because he was transgender. Looked and sounded pretty pissed off.
I wonder will CNN, NBC, etc, bother to cover this incident.
MC: Is that wondering as rhetorical as this question?
NiV:
It was intended as a rhetorical question.
Surprisingly, CBS and an NBC affiliate *are* covering this incident, but omitting that the preparator of the Stanley Cup attack was a trans person:
https://www.cbsnews.com/philadelphia/news/stanley-cup-student-attack-pennbrook-middle-school-pennsylvania/
https://www.nbcphiladelphia.com/news/local/cafeteria-fight-pennbrook-middle-school/3834931/
Now if the victim had been trans, that would have been in the lede.
As far as I could see, both stories only ever referred to the attacker as a “student” without specifying sex, which is in itself odd. (I wonder how many would notice this missing datum?) We’re left to read between the lines. The victim’s sex is noted, but not the alleged attacker’s. I guess we’re supposed to be grateful they didn’t call him “she.” It’s telling that this represents a huge step forward forward when it comes to the behaviour of captured media. One-off, or the start of a trend? Baby steps? Maybe.
Holy shit that reporting is so dishonest.
