A useful question.
My answer was “It means do what you’re fucking told.” Many others answered the same way.
It's grammatically odd, because it looks like a statement, but it is, in fact, a command. — Jon Pike (@runthinkwrite) January 25, 2023

It is not supposed to make sense or have an actual meaning. That is because it is a set of words you are to submit to, not agree with. — Stuart Parker, blancmange impersonator & cannibal (@stuartlosaltos) January 25, 2023

It doesn’t really “mean” anything, in the commonly understood sense of the word. It’s a profession of faith, a tribal signifier and a demand for acquiescence. — Tom (@Tom_D_B_) January 25, 2023

It’s cheering to see that this is so widely understood.
It’s a lie.
It has plenty of meaning, just not the literal kind. Whenever someone asserts this, they are saying “I’m an idiot.”
A Woke koan?
I call it a catechism.
A Shahada.
It’s a wish.
It’s an enthymeme.
It’s a Mystery, like the Trinity.
It’s the Transcene Creed.
It’s a pledge of allegiance.
It’s a cudgel.
It’s a lock and a key.
It’s a threat.
It’s a shield.
It still surprises me how long it has taken for these (our) views to become this mainstream. It’s just so achingly obvious.
