Does that make someone who does a better job of doing the dishes or laundry a better woman? I read a lot of critiques of the ridiculously small load our supposed “mum” was washing. If that’s the standard, then I’m a better woman than he is.
However, no amount of housework will ever make him a “mum.” Or a woman.
Hey, TUC, ever think that some guy calling himself a “mum” on the strength of his womanface is anti-woman abuse? Men can’t be women. It is in no way hateful or abusive to point this out. Cut it out. Stop the misogyny and gaslighting.
Yeah, being a man used to be something to live up to, now it’s something to be accused of. And a woman? We don’t even know what that means anymore. Sorry, feeling a little testy today…

I just finished washing some dishes, and I love that cartoon.
My husband washes dishes whenever I cook, and vice versa. Which of us is the woman?
Of course, until my splint is off, he’s doing most of the cooking and all of the dishwashing. I guess that means he is the woman until I heal.
Same in my household, which means I do most of the dishes. :-)
But if that makes me “a woman” then I’m handing in my “man card” and getting off this planet toot sweet.
