  So sometimes the UN does know which people are women. Unless there’s an unspoken “including/especially trans women” here.

  Unlikely, since the most narcissistic of men are depriving women of vital hormone treatment just so that they can pretend that they’re turning into women. They’re hardly likely to refrain from stealing women’s food.
