Why is judge shopping allowed at all? If crooks can just find a crooked judge anywhere in the country to block criminal investigations, how can the legal system work?

Cannon’s order will go down as part of the judicial anticannon — the body of decisions […] that lawyers use for generations to teach students how NOT to wield the judicial power.

Colin Day, beat me to it. If that’s the case, Tribe is more generous than I am. I think Trump, the judge, and all the lawyers on his side should be fired out of cannons.
