The premise is even wrong. The administration is reported to be looking into easing import restrictions on foreign-made formula, which is about all that they _can_ do since four firms have a death-grip monopoly on the production of the stuff in the USA, and it’s the shutdown of one of them that has caused this shortage. What’s Biden supposed to do, start mixing and canning the stuff himself?
Blood Knight in Sour Armor, 1) not all women can physically breastfeed, 2) not all women can psychologically breastfeed, 3) not all women can practically breastfeed, 4) not all babies can breastfeed or tolerate breastmilk, 5) if a woman stopped breastfeeding, she can’t just restart at will. Formula exists for a reason, and not because Nestlé is Satan’s agent on Earth.
I’m well aware of that, and personally I find it gross (like most bodily functions)… I’m not sure it was sarcasm but certainly a jab at the histrionics of this crazy person.
Eava, that’s so true. When it turned out that I couldn’t breastfeed, the doctor gave me something to dry up the milk so I wouldn’t have problems with lactation once I switched him to formula.
Unfortunately there is likely to be ‘red tsunami’ in November, and unfortunately it is likely to be because Democrats, as the party in power, are not supporting ‘families’–a lot of it is perception (according to Heather Cox Richardson the current government is doing a great job of supporting working people financially and logistically) but some of it is true (parents are justifiably worried about the damage gender ideology in schools is causing their children).

Maybe try breastfeeding instead?

Wait, they are sending pallets of formula to the border when our kids need them?
Sounds like a Tucker “news item” to me, and I wouldn’t trust Stefanik to tell me if it’s raining outside.
