Black, Latino, Indigenous are disproportionately harmed because they are people (women) with low incomes. Those first three are entirely unnecessary, but must list the progressive stack every time while grudgingly acknowledging that class matters.
Yeah, I live in a largely white, largely agrarian area. These women don’t check off many, if any, of the intersectional boxes. They are poor white women (though our Hispanic population is increasing rapidly). The nearest abortion clinic is more than 100 miles away, and for many women, that is impossible. This is a class issue; there are the intersectional issues, of course, but class is the big one. Wealthy women of color will still be able to access abortions; poor white women will not.
