Anyone know, or have a link to, a good explainer of the legal issues here? What are the causes of action, and what are the relevant standards? Is she suing her employer, or Stonewall, or both?
The Safe Schools tweet thread sheds a little light on it — I gather there are claims being brought against both Stonewall and GCC, and possibly individual members of the GCC. Appears to be some kind of claim against Stonewall for inducement to discriminate? Which is not a concept I’m familiar with. And the hearing was apparently about a “strikeout,” which seems to be some type of summary judgment type procedure to determine if there is a triable issue; also some issue about a request to amend the complaint.

Not quite what I’m looking for as a legal nerd, but I appreciate the info!
Not at all what you’re looking for, I know, but I found those and thought I might as well share them.
