It was a dark…black mask
He says that thing he keeps saying, with that same note of surprised happy: “I think I look good in it.” As if we’re all anxiously leaning forward worrying about how he looks in it. As if we give the tiniest rat’s ass about how he looks in it. As if he doesn’t look like a festering pile of burger grease and evil no matter what he puts on his head. As if how he looks in it has any bearing whatever on the issue of stopping the lethal pandemic.
She’s brilliant!
I had seen some comments on Facebook from people asking if Trump had cut eyeholes in his face mask, but I hadn’t encountered the interview where he said he looked like the Lone Ranger, so was entirely baffled until I saw this. Thank you!
I agree with you, tigger; she is brilliant, and has quickly become one of my favourite people. Unfortunate that it took the perfect storm of Trump and COVID-19 to bring her international exposure (she was a comedian pre-COVID and author of two books, but still relatively unknown) but I suppose you take your breaks wherever opportunity knocks.
Oddly, when a comic artist performs what is essentially the same routine more than a handful of times I tend to get bored of them, and I’m also a person who doesn’t tend to watch repeats – it’s rare that comedy routines make me laugh when I know what’s coming – but I have re-watched Cooper’s videos many times and still enjoy them greatly. I really hope that her new-found fame continues to grow post-COVID/Trump.
