Different strokes
Trump says nuh uh he DID NOT EITHER have a stroke or a bunch of mini-strokes. We must accept that because he is famous for never lying.
Sadly, #Strokeahontas is trending on Twitter.
Both.

Ah yes, cans of soup are famous for their potential as a weapon.
Absolutely; I look at a can of tomato soup, and I think “war haul”.
Groan.
But I do think soup can be a weapon. My cupboard attacked me with a can of soup this morning. It hurt.
If patriotism is the last refuge of a scoundrel, what is said LauraNorder?

Not sure mocking Pocahontas is a Trump behavior worth emulating.
Mocking Pocahontas?
Ah, I see it now. The “Strokeahontas” hashtag. Yeah, not good form.
FYI:
I can throw a brick.
It is not too heavy.
latsot, he says bricks are too heavy to throw but what he really means is “I cannot hold a brick in my teeny tiny hands so I assume nobody else can either”
Now, do tell us who or what you have thrown bricks at…
And he was talking about lego bricks.
Well, if you have enough bricks, sooner or later everything starts to look as though it has a target painted on it.
So many bricks, so little time…
I was searching for information about brick throwing, and I learned of this delightful international brick throwing competition involving four towns named Stroud: Gloucestershire, England; Oklahoma, US; Ontario, Canada; and New South Wales, Australia.

It says their current record throw is 142’6″. That’s a long way to throw anything.
Sackbut, I am intrigued. What is the name of the fourth town? The one in New South Wales, Australia?
Never mind, I need to wake up properly before posting. All named Stroud, duh.
I can throw a brick. In fact, despite the EDS (and arthritis in both hands), I can still pick up and throw a concrete building block. Not very far, of course. But there you are…
Wow, Stroud Oklahoma. I’ve been through there many times (though didn’t know about the brick throwing competition). The town was nearly destroyed by the 1997 tornado outbreak.
Very true that mocking Pocahontas is not a Trump behavior worth emulating, and that’s not what I’m doing, and it’s not what whoever came up with the hashtag is doing. The hashtag mocks Trump for mocking Pocahontas and Elizabeth Warren.
Heather Cox Richardson points out that the breaking story didn’t mention ‘mini-strokes’ at all; it was Trump who had to open his huge metaphorical mouth and tweet ‘I did NOT have to go to the hospital for mini-strokes!’ Reminds me of when Columbo says ‘hm, I told you she was killed, I didn’t say she was stabbed’….
Hmmm they say “the 4 townships…” but there’s also a Stroud Township in PA (plus a Stroudsburg where I worked for 11 years), so not a complete list of townships.
Wikipedia lists four places named “Stroud” in the UK, two places named “Stroud” (including Stroud Township) and three named “Strouds” in the US, Stroud ON, and Stroud NSW. That’s not guaranteed to be exhaustive. The article overreached in referring to “the four townships of Stroud in the world”; the word “the” should have been left out.
