Well, twiliter, you can convince yourself to believe that if you either ignore the fact that his opponent got 3 million more votes than he did, or convince yourself that all her voters were illegal votes. Once you disqualify all the votes of your opponent, you are hands down the favorite, which means that the Americans (the non-illegal voters) all love you.
It’s all he can say because there’s nothing else he could have said. He couldn’t give any genuine examples of Obama’s gross incompetence because he wasn’t grossly incompetent, and he’s too stupid to make up anything remotely credible on the spot (‘Obamagate’ wouldn’t have worked because that’s supposed to be about Obama’s criminal corruption, not his gross incompetence).
He really can’t hide his emotional state at all. He couldn’t project any clearer if he had a cinema-grade projector perched on his weird hair. I am not a gambler but his tells are so obvious that I would love to play poker against him.
And this from a man well on his way to being responsible for more American deaths than Hitler. (I’ve flouted Godwin once today – might as well make it a double.)
Godwin’s Law states, quite clearly in my opinion, that “as an online discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazis or Hitler approaches 1”. It says nothing about anyone ‘losing’ an argument by invoking Nazis; on the contrary, a discussion would break Godwin’s Law if such an invocation didn’t happen.
(One of my pet peeves is people mis-using Godwin; you can tell, can’t you?)
Coming from a grossly incompetent dipshit. He must think there is an angry redneck majority in likely voters, good luck with that.

Francis,
It’s looking as though we’re going to have to rescind Godwin’s law anyway. It seems easier these days to count the people who aren’t like Hitler.

Tigger,
I know, I was using the …er… colloquial version for dramatic effect.
