The second part speaks to the caring, sharing, Fabian socialist in us, unlike Fraser who was all about the Power and the Glory for himself and the rest of the Australian Rural Aristocracy. His biggest crime (after mounting a coup), IMHO, was to destroy Australia’s first single payer health care system, something that was finally restored a decade later.
Fraser wouldn’t have worn a mask, his lack of personality would have kept people away from him. :-)
