Usurpation
None of the literal, physical, natal women were good enough. They never are, are they.
I think I can now announce that I have accepted the position of Director of Women's Studies at Rutgers University – Newark. Relatedly, we can finally answer the age-old question "how do I know when my transition is over?"

Is ‘how do I know when my transition is over?’ an age-old question or are they just re-defining everything nowadays?
I think this answers a few other questions:
How will I know I’ve been validated?
How will I know that I’ve browbeaten enough people?
How will I know that I’ve won?
None of these answers are final ones, of course. More “questions” will no doubt be asked soon enough.
How long before they name it “Department of people’s studies”?
Department of (everybody but) Women’s Studies.
iknklast, now. After all, women ARE people. Even if they’re people without all the usual human rights, so why do we need Women’s Studies when we can just people study? I do it all the time, at the bar, in a coffee shop, at work.

Department of People Who Accept Female-Associated Societal Role Studies. Rolls off the tongue.
Holms, I think you’ve got it. And for those of us who once were known as women but do not accept female-associated societal role studies? They’ll just send us to the Department of TERFS – which I’m sure will be officed in the dumpsters, so gender critical feminists can be treated as they deserve. /s
