The elleeet
Trump wonders why “they” are called the elite when he is so much better in every single way. “I have a much better apartment than they do,” he said, smirking heavily.

Not his:
His is more expensive, for sure, but better?

His reminds me of the cathedrals in Spain, with all the gold stolen from South America.
Whose room is the “Not his” and why do they have all those ancient Macs?
Please ignore the ancient Macs.
I can’t ignore the ancient Macs. I am fascinated by the ancient Macs!
I am envious of the bookshelves and their glorious contents, and the couch looks awesome.
The glaring gold confection belongs in the Smithsonian as a lesson in tackiness. Here’s to a future in which it is a museum exhibit so that we never forget an age of 1% tyranny and how we ended it. (I gotta hope.)
I bet a good chunk of those books have actually been read. That’s the kind of wealth that Trump is incapable od acquiring.
My ex thought books didn’t belong in view, because they were ugly (now you see why he’s my ex?). I should show him this.
What a stupid person’s idea of a rich person’s apartment looks like…
While the only gold in the “not his” is the lighting, I do like the touch of Color atop the shelves. I’d love to arrange items on the top of my shelves, but the cats would very likely knock them off.
I have some really nice stuff on the top of my shelves – a fold-out diorama of a Yorkshire hillside village by Kate Lycett sent to me by Maureen Brian and Vanina Slater; a drawing of an elephant sent to me by Jen Phillips; various boxes, cards, tchotckes. Way more elleeeet than Trump’s tinseltown.
Oh and chigau asked whose room is it – I don’t know – I just went to Google and chose the one I liked best.
Holy shit, those macs are what my primary school had in classrooms!
With respect to stuff on the top shelf, if you live in an earthquake zone, putting those Macs up there would be a big no-no. Lightweight decorative items would be fine, AFAIK.
