Trumpistas will say it shows Trump being presidential (displaying gravitas if they know the word) and Obama being frivolous.

I’ve expanded that top picture as far as possible to try to see what’s written on the crib sheets Trump’s looking at, but all I can make out is that the words are written in large all-caps.
Can anybody do better, because I’m thinking it’s akin to the notes handed to him for his meet with victims of the school shooting.
