Your assumption here seems to be that this video is intended to be analogous to particular situations where Black Shirt Guy can ban or block any distracting commenter. So, twitter or his own blog. Meaning you have forgotten that there are many online interactions where that is not true, such as commenting on someone else’s blog, or on a forum where you do not have moderation powers.
