Retorting
Trump three hours ago:
Pathetic excuse by London Mayor Sadiq Khan who had to think fast on his "no reason to be alarmed" statement. MSM is working hard to sell it!

People who are not Trump:
The response from emergency services, law enforcement & officials in Ldn–as well as ordinary Londoners–has been extraordinary. – LLukens 2/3

I commend the strong leadership of the @MayorofLondon as he leads the city forward after this heinous attack. – LLukens 3/3 https://t.co/p4dDZuCpyO

Mayor Sadiq Khan is doing an extraordinary job supporting Londoners in a time of pain. President Trump's attack on him is unacceptable.

Wrong end of Florida, eh Don?
Literally the worst human being who has ever lived…
Purge of American embassy staff in 3, 2,1….
#3: Unarmed?
It will be interesting to see how Trump’s press people will handle questions about this. There can’t be that many people who, on seeing the original context, would fail to see the egregious dishonesty in Trump’s original message. Trump himself has doubled down. How does Spicer do anything at all without making either Trump or himself look like even more of an idiot than they already do? Unless Trump himself admits to having made some sort of error (like that would ever happen), then Spicer gets to support the unsupportable. Again.
You know, I really liked “Donny Twoscoops” as a moniker that truly highlighted, even as the goddamn president, his need to visibly and pettily lord it over everyone else.
However, after this, I have no choice but to return to “Fuckface von Clownstick”. Thankyou, once again, Jon Lieb^H^H^H^HStewart.
A quote from a comment at Harry’s Place by someone named Armaros. I’ve nothing to add. Delete it if you must…so many just don’t care anymore.
You should note that before that commemorative concert could even take place in Manchester, there was a second attack in London.
I let your comment appear, John, but I dropped much of the comment you quote, because after all it’s not yours, and you didn’t bother to provide a link to it, and I don’t particularly need to publish comments at Harry’s Place by “someone named Armaros.” Also of course it’s pretty ugly.
And our fucking pathetic excuse for a Prime Minister (with luck, not for much longer) can’t even find it in her to even midly castigate the orange arsehole, despite being given multiple opportunities to do so by the press at a conference today.
A simple, dignified statement of sympathy and support was all that was required but instead Trump chooses to spit in the face of his country’s closest ally in their moment of pain.
