Heh. There’s a picture in the family album of the television that my father built from war surplus components c. 1950. He seconded my mother’s tea trolley to hold all the bits – – chassis full of tubes and coils, wires dangling out, and the picture tube sitting naked in the middle of it all.
I wouldn’t try moving that thing in the picture while a record is playing.
