Don’t forget the women’s rights seminar
Also, a reminder: you fortunate people in or near London get to go to a seminar on Women’s Rights, the Veil and Islamic and religious laws tomorrow.

Co-sponsored by the International Campaign in Defense of Women’s Right in Iran- UK, the National Secular Society and the Gay and Lesbian Humanist Association. Free. University of London Union
Room 3D, Malet Street, London WC1E 7HY. 6 to 10 p.m. I’d go in a heartbeat if I were in London.
I hope there is a police guard.
Or would it be horribly, cynically convenient if somone was murdered by a religious fanatic?
We still don’t seem to have got the message from Theo van Goch’s murder, do we?
Especially the dhimmis at Clare College …..
I have just been reading Front Line, “defenders of human rights defenders”. It does not make for pleasant reading. I too hope there are sufficient bobbies/bodyguards at the seminar on Women’s Right’s to protect these great thinking people.
